America's Career Resource Network Association (ACRNA) is a nonprofit organization of professionals dedicated to ensuring that all individuals have the knowledge and skills necessary to make fully informed career decisions.
ACRNA provides quality information and resources to help youth and adults make informed career decisions.Members consist of workforce development and education professionals engaged in career development.
Through its diverse network, ACRNA supports career development professionals provide valuable academic and career information to students, job seekers, career counselors, workers, parents, educators and many others. Research shows that students who make informed career decisions are more likely to graduate from high school, succeed in postsecondary education, and have increased productivity in the workforce.
Whether working with Congress or partnering with a multitude of other organization, ACRNA strongly advocates for a career management system that leads to increased academic achievement for students, reduced unemployment rates for workers, and improved economic growth for our nation.
ACRNA serves it members and constituents by conducting surveys, hosting online forums for collaboration and creating task forces to adress needs. ACRNA currently has groups working on Corrections/Ex-Offenders, Career Videos, Career Clusters, the National Career Development Guidelines, Online Learning, and Parent Resources. |
